+++ Information Regarding a Cyber Incident +++

Lindner Hotels AG identified a cyber incident affecting parts of its IT infrastructure on 8 June 2026.

Immediately upon becoming aware of the incident, the company initiated measures to secure the affected systems. In addition, external IT security and digital forensics experts have been engaged to support the ongoing investigation.

The analysis of the incident is currently ongoing. Based on the information available at this time, the central system used to manage reservations and guest data was not affected.

The relevant authorities have been informed. Should the ongoing investigation reveal any legal obligations to notify or provide information to affected individuals, such notifications will be made promptly and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Lindner Hotels AG regrets the situation and is treating the investigation of the incident with the highest priority while continuing to strengthen its IT security measures.
